Kantor Samsat is the place to get Driver License in Indonesia. It require us to go to Samsat and apply for a SIM (Driver License / Surat Izin Mengemudi). You need to pay some administration fee and some test and get your driver license some weeks later.
Every city has it own Samsat office.
