Asparagus Soup – Sup Asparagus

This reddish or orangish soup is called “Asparagus”. It’s a high class meal, why? It has crab inside the soup. Dunno how to describe this meal, but really, it’s a high quality meal, served in every big party such as engagement party, wedding party, birthday party, etc. FYI, it’s a chinese food :)

Cap Jay – Mixed Fried Vegetable

 

Cap Jay is just common food in Indonesia, especially in Chinese Restaurant. It hs brocoly, meat ball, kekkian, cabbage, and carrot inside it. Sometimes we can request some lung, heart, mushroom, etc. It’s really mixed vegetable, just mixed it, and fry it :)

This is what you can call Chinese Salad. It’s usually appear on big party such as wedding. It means good and prosperous for everyone, because number 7 is to be believed as good number in chinese belief. In Indonesian word, it’s called “Salad Tujuh Rasa” or in Chinese “Len Pan”.
