West Coast University, that is so called university that located at Pakuwon Trade Center, Surabaya. It is a university inside the mall, which gave the student a double degree, such as MBA MM and BBA SE. As you can see, it is quiet university, peaceful, but it has the native lecturer and local lecturer for Master or Bachelor Degree. The learning cost is about Rp. 28.000.000 all in, free laptop.
